Plastic surgeon Roman Levytsky drew the attention of our editorial team following a number of sensitive reports from patients who allege that he pressured them into sexual acts.
Without installing hidden surveillance cameras, it is impossible to verify whether Levytsky is indeed a pervert and a sexual maniac.
However, other information about the activities of this plastic surgeon, upon verification, left even seasoned journalists in genuine shock.

Scammer Roman Levytsky
Roman Levytsky has long been heading the regional center for plastic surgery, which operates completely illegally, without any contracts, "under the protection" of the communal non-commercial enterprise of the Kyiv Regional Council, "Kyiv Regional Clinical Hospital," located at 1 Baggovutivska Street.
We visit the center’s website and read:
“Director of the Plastic Surgery Center Levytsky R. M. - a top-category surgeon with 20 years of experience in plastic surgery, having performed over 16,000 successful operations, is a leading plastic surgeon at one of the best plastic surgery clinics in Germany.”

Most likely, it is the hospital’s chief physician, Mykola Anikin, who receives substantial "percentages" for allowing the plastic surgeon to use communal premises, operating rooms, and equipment. The amounts passing through the fake plastic surgery center are colossal. According to our own sources in the hospital, it exceeds 30,000 dollars per month.
Everything became clear from the response to an information request received by journalist Serhiy Stulov from the website “On the Other Side of Dialogue.”

“The Plastic Surgery Center does not exist within the hospital’s structure, and no such center operates on the hospital’s premises.
No lease agreement has been concluded with such a center.”
The response was signed by the acting general director of the hospital, Mykola Anikin. This came after several unsuccessful attempts by journalists to get a comment from him. The official was cornered by the information request - Anikin decided it was better to provide truthful information than to face criminal charges under Articles 364 (abuse of power or official authority) and 366 (official forgery).

Journalists also checked the license number of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine listed on the fake plastic surgery center’s website - series AG, number 603684

However, this license has no connection to the plastic surgery center! It belongs to the regional hospital.

Roman Levytsky is certainly not who he claims to be, and these actions fall under Article 190 (fraud on an especially large scale committed by a group of persons).
Victims of the “plastic surgeon.” Olena and a disfigured face

We revived an entire episode of the program “Ukraine Speaks” about the “plastic surgeon” on the “Ukraine” TV channel, which aired in 2016.
Why revived? Because someone (for a considerable sum of money, obviously!) had removed the program from numerous journalistic platforms that had reposted it.
So!
Olena Petrova dreamed of perfect eyebrows and came to Roman Levytsky, who suggested lifting her eyelids, as shown in the TV channel’s investigation.
The scammer told the patient that the simple operation would take about an hour, but in reality, it lasted nine hours.
When she came to, she felt excruciating pain; her disfigured forehead was bandaged, and metal... horns (!) - screws - protruded from her skull.
Levytsky “worked so hard” to make Olena’s dream a reality that she still cannot recover - her eyebrows are now positioned high on her forehead, and her eyes do not close during sleep! She lives with this...
Moreover, as Olena admitted during filming, she is afraid to publicly name the “plastic surgeon” because Roman Levytsky might kill her.
This fear stems from the money he would lose if he were to face real legal consequences and criminal liability for his medical errors!
It should be noted here that, according to the victim, a criminal case was indeed opened against Roman Levytsky. The Supreme Court awarded her 30,000 hryvnias as compensation for the damage caused.
The program host asked whether the punishment was adequate for the offense. Lawyer Serhiy Kostyra, who participated in the program, replied that Roman Levytsky should have received at least 10 years in prison for causing grievous bodily harm - for the irreversible disfigurement of her face.
Olena is not the only one who accused surgeon Roman Levytsky of unprofessionalism.
Another Olena and a disfigured breast
Another victim, also named Olena, with the surname Dorosh, told journalists that Levytsky effectively made her disabled.
She turned to him, swayed by widespread advertising. Before the operation, it was discovered that she had a tumor. However, the surgeon promised to remove the tumor and insert an implant in a single session. After the operation, her temperature rose, one breast was in unbearable pain, became hard, and started to fester. A follow-up examination showed that the tumor was still there!
Some time later, the stitches came apart, and Olena could see the implant inside her breast.
“In response to my complaints, Levytsky said that such reactions were a feature of my body..., - Olena recounted. - I filed a complaint with the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a criminal case was opened, but it led to nothing.”
Instead of a beautiful breast - into the grave
The third, a 26-year-old patient of Levytsky, whose horrific story was highlighted on the “Ukraine Speaks” program, instead of a beautiful breast... ended up in a cemetery!
Her name was Tetiana Koshkalda.
According to the newspaper “Fakty”, Levytsky was inserting implants and stitching up her breast when she was already dead. The anesthesiologist allegedly missed the moment when her heart stopped.
Interestingly, as reported by “Fakty,” in the protocol of one of the court hearings, it was recorded that Roman Levytsky “does not remember whether he has an academic degree, nor can he name the topic of his dissertation. His diplomas are not legalized, and he has not practiced or interned in any countries other than Russia...”
As the sister of the deceased reported on the program, the Darnytsia District Prosecutor’s Office opened a criminal case but did not properly investigate it.
Why does a butcher in a white coat, who has been involved in several criminal cases, still accept patients? Why does he lack a license and perform operations in a fake center using communal property?
We await answers to these and other questions from law enforcement agencies, to which corresponding requests have been sent.
